Positive section of review
Shrewsbury was a short walk away. The house was modern and clean and the furniture and kitchen of great quality. The area was lovely and quiet. We loved having the bi fold doors open and sitting on the deck, but it would have been nice for the flower boarders to have been weeded and have plants in them. The host put together a great welcome brochure and did say we could contact her if we needed any help or information.

We struggled with the front door lock. The bath towels were of good quality but there were no hand towels. The bathroom floor tiles were slippy after a shower as it is a wet room shower so a larger bath mat would have been great and tall mop or squidgy to be able to dry the floor for the next person to go in.

Lovely hosts, very accommodating considering we had a baby (14 months old) with us. Nothing was too much for them. Would stay again. The facility has wifi. But before getting there, just be aware, the internet/phone reception is really bad, so get all the details ready before arriving at the destination.

The location, 5 minutes from St Pancras. When I arrived the lock of my room was broken but it got repaired within minutes. The desk staff was friendly enough. The shower is good.

Apart from being tiny (you could bury me in it without wasting much space) the room was hot and stuffy. The window can be opened a crack but that lets all the street noise in. Too many bright LEDs in the room (tv, wash basin mirror) that also impede with sleeping. Lots of noise from other guests on the stairs. I think I only slept for an hour or 2 at most.

Stay here a lot and its very easy to check-in and check-out which is great when flying. The rooms are always clean and a reasonable size.
