I had booked with breakfast. But only toast was available and cereals. Tea came in a glass mug. I waited 10 minutes fpr the breakfast staff to appear. I was told 7.30 was fine but he had to unlock, open the blinds, turn everything on amd no eggs for breakfast as they are vegetarian. That was the icing on the cake. I was travelling home for 4hrs. If I had known it was going to be so bad I would have left at 6.30am The mattress was flat, the walls in the bathroom needed a good wash. 2 cups without saucers in tea/coffee tray maybe 2 saucers & cups and 2 mugs. This place is made for you adjust to their culture. I have traveled to asia and never was I ever told we don’t serve eggs I was very angry this morning. I will do my best to rate them down.

Quiet and peaceful location. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pod was very clean and pleasant. Bread, jam, butter and fresh milk were in the refrigerator when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Good Thai meal. Helpful staff. Prepared a breakfast in our room - fruit/croissants as we had to leave at 7 am to go to Heathrow and this was before hotel breakfast time.
