The hotel room is big with kitchen, living room and 2 balconies and most importantly comes with washing machine, drying rack, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom is huge with 2 basins. Property is well kept and very clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone for stay at this apartment.”

  The hotel was in a good location as long as you drive. Our room was quiet (as I'd requested) and was next to the Spa so ideally located. The staff were all helpful and cheerful and a minor issue we had with the tv in the room was resolved promptly within 15 minutes. The hotel and facilities were clean and the spa was available at a good range of hours. Plenty of parking and a 15/20 minute drive into Winchester and 2 miles to the nearest petrol station, shop and pub. We didn't eat in the hotel but the Coach and Horses pub is 2 miles down the road and does a range of very good food in large portions.

  The breakfast selection was very good, however the self service cooked breakfast items had been left to stand for too long and were dry. There were a few general repairs that could do with addressing. Our window was very stiff to open and close and a couple of lights were temperamental. it's slightly remote if you don't drive, nothing within walking distance.

  We recently stayed at Cleveland Residences Chelsea during our visit to London and had a wonderful experience. This accommodation is exceptionally well-located in a charming neighborhood, which adds a lot of value to the stay. The rooms at Cleveland Residences are beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a busy day. One of the highlights of staying here is the accessibility to local cafes, restaurants, and shops, which are just a short walk away. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in London.
