Spent a few days here and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities. The room was clean and cosy, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of choices. Free parking was much appreciated, and the hotel was in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Fantastic location, tons of restaurants and bars around. Awesome for a short stay, rooms are compact but super comfortable and have everything you need. Reception area is great for a sit down and regroup.

Location was great. Studio was very comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable and shower excellent! Provided everything one needs for self catering :)

No coffee table by the settee which would have been a bonus to place our drinks on while sitting watching TV. The central heating appeared to be on a timer and came on in the morning and evening. This was fine until we found ourselves cold at times during the day when we were in, but we weren't able to put it on ourselves. We texted Rob to ask if he could put it on, but unfortunately he didn't reply but it did come on soon after. Would have liked a bedside lamp that was less bright as my wife likes a low light on to sleep but bedside lamps and lights in the bedroom and bathroom were very very bright.

There was a rat in the kitchen. The rooms were not functional at all -- you couldn't turn on the light in the toilet without turning on a light for the whole room, there were no shower hooks for your towel in the shower room, and there was very little space to put bags. Also, the people in my room were pretty rude -- there was one person who came in at 3am one night and 4am the next, drunk, talking loudly and turning on all the lights. I couldn't get back to sleep. As a woman traveller, I felt pretty unsafe (all the other people in my room were men).

The bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. When we complained to the staff we were given air freshener but the smell was still there. Opened a window while we went out to a party and the smell hadn't gone when we got back.
