Independent hotel in a gorgeous period building. Rooms tastefully designed with a mix of period and modern furniture and decor. Lovely communal period drawing room. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Tea, water, and espresso machine in bedrooms, including a small fridge.Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Efficient and very friendly staff. We stayed in Victoria which was a small cosy room but totally adequate in size. Wasn't en-suite but the bathroom was opposite our room and private to us. And, huge! This setup wasn't a problem at all. Plenty of parking available at the hotel, which is a couple of minutes walk into central Litchfield. Would definitely stay again and in Victoria bedroom.

As seems to be the norm these days, not being able to open the lovely huge sash bedroom window. As our room was at the front, there was a little bit of light traffic noise now and again, but this is understandable given the hotels central location.

Great location in a lovely area of the city. Very clean apartment with great kitchen facilities. Parking needs to be booked - this is a must as there are limited spaces. Great use of technology, instead of keys or codes, you download an App to gain entry which is seemless.

Small double bed, if upgraded to a king or super king it would have then been perfect.

We loved it. My son is a non stop whirlwind of energy, he loved the fact is was peaceful and relaxing. We had no interaction with the staff, but that's not a criticism. It was perfect. We turned up, loved every second and left. Definitely going to return. Thank you

Young man at reception was very nice & helpful. Loved the lift as my suitcase is a beast. Bed was gd, with locking cabinets & a cage under the bunks (only 2 high 👍) but you need to use your own lock. Wasn’t noisy as I stayed on a Monday night.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, some mould but only very minimal. A little hard to find with google maps but managed in the end. Street was a bit seedy.

Nothing at all

The location was good, the staff friendly and it was easy to check in and out.

The decor was very dated although it didn't interfere with our stay. The room we were in was a bit noisy but once it was closing time it eased somewhat. The kettle in the room wouldn't switch off automatically and trying to find the room was a bit of a maze however after a few drinks it became easier oddly enough 🤔
