Everything was fantastic. The room was clean, bright and airy. It had Wi-Fi, a table and chair, a comfy chair and Netflix and Prime. The separate kitchen set up was great - a cupboard and mini fridge for each room marked with the room number. There was everything you needed to cook yourself a meal - pans, crockery, cutlery, tea towel. And little pots of long life milk, salt and pepper.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because there was no outside light and you couldn’t easily see the house number in the dark. A largish font house number would be useful somewhere where it’s not hidden by parked cars and maybe a light that comes on with a sensor when you get near the door.

Never stayed in an apartment for a weekend break, and I can't fault anything from start to finish. Communication was great, all my questions answered, directions, info etc, brilliant and the apartment was spotless and spacious. Nice touches with milk, cereals, etc. Highly recommend 👌

I wanted a room overlooking car, with my cherished car that my husband gave me just before he passed away. This car is VERY special to me, so I keep an eye on it when 'away'. Food good too. Quiet. Lovely staff- very helpful.

The weather.! Though, your lift was not working. I have artificial hips, so carrying things up the stairs was not clever, but I never want a ground floor room as I want a window open at night (safely).

Amazing welcome from all the receptionists and we had a great stay! We had an upgrade also for my mum's 60th and she felt spoilt and just over the moon with the stay so a big thank you to all the staff for being great.

Hotel has a great location on edge of town center. The full English breakfast is good value.

I knowingly booked a small budget room including breakfast at a very reasonable price, room was very small though. I have stayed at this hotel before so I know it has a little faded grandeur but it is clean and works. Duvet on bed was a bit thin so I was cold in night.
