The hotel room is big with kitchen, living room and 2 balconies and most importantly comes with washing machine, drying rack, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom is huge with 2 basins. Property is well kept and very clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone for stay at this apartment.”

  It was perfect for what we wanted to do. It was just off M6 with all access to Windermere, Scotland and Keswick. Not many grocery stores or eateries to choose from in Tebay, so make sure you pick something up. Quaint little village. The host provided a little basket of breakfast items to start us off- very kind

  A beautiful well-presented cottage with an enclosed courtyard. All the modern facilities needed in the kitchen & bathroom. Quiet at night and very comfortable. It is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with many attractions easily accessed.

  It was my wife's birthday treat and the hotel could not have done more to make it enjoyable, our room was upgraded and we were given some vouchers for free drinks, I really think the staff were on top form and made our stay so perfect

  If I had to be picky I think the lift was to small for the hotel and some of the facilities were in the adjoining hotel but that didn't spoil our stay.

  Unfortunately the booking system didn’t seem to work for us and despite being disabled and booking a ground floor apartment specifically it matched me with a 1st floor apartment which had the bedroom and bathroom up another flight of stairs! The owners did move us but could not till the next day.
