Clean and comfortable. Everything provided. Welcome pack. Free wifi. I enjoyed watching free Netflix etc on tv. Lots of hot water, central heating and a good shower. Nice Patio to sit out. Chippy was very good, only a few doors down. Easy for us to walk into town, although a bit of a steep hill coming back. Handy to have free parking nearby, but its first come first served and not dedicated to this property..which we didnt realise when we booked. Comfy beds with spotless fresh bedding. Everything was lovely and clean. Overall it was superb.

This is an amazing place to stay that we would recommend without question. David the host was brilliant, he greeted us at the door of his beautiful house and showed us around the caravan. The photos don’t do it justice, we actually found it luxurious and wish we could have stayed longer! Also little additions of drinks in the fridge, towels etc were lovely! It was perfect for where we were going (a wedding within walking distance) and it’s in a very quiet and beautiful residential area with no noise. Absolutely perfect!

It was very clean and easy to access to with tram. Also, the breakfast was pretty basic and maybe a bit boring but it was good overall considering that it was included in the base price. Overall a good experience.

Not only was the internet awful, the mobile phone coverage was atrocious. Both kept crashing. I also mailed the owners days before travelling asking about the hot tub and had no reply. Upon arrival I was asked for £50 to use the hot tub which I paid. Neither myself or my partner used the hot tub as we arrived late Friday evening and left Saturday afternoon. (2 nights early) I texted the owner asking for a refund on the hot tub as it was not used and we were not told it was extra and I've not had a reply.
