On arrival we hadn't been allocated the room we had booked, however Donna went above and beyond and found us an amazing room. The room was so spacious, beautifully furnished, the bed was so comfortable, there was nothing to fault it. The staff were outstanding along with the food. A good choice on the menu and beautifully cooked and presented. We would definitely recommend the Masons Arms.

The location is a 10 minute walk from Euston, which is ideal for travellers from North West England and Scotland. It is on a main road with many shops and bars and is very close to a number of tube stations servicing multiple lines which is perfect for navigating around London. The food was very good and the staff were very helpful.

The room was a bit on the small side but was big enough for a double bed and ensuite. Some underground trains could be heard from time to time but that would not stop us from staying again.

Spacious property well equipped and brilliant location . Great kitchen, plenty of dining space combination of twin/ double rooms gives flexibility for family or friends groups.

Plenty of wine and beer glasses few tumblers for G&T or juice would be a good addition. Blurb said toiletries provided but actually just hand-wash.

i was allocated a room which was obviously created for someone with physical disabilities, which was not an issue. It was very comfortable and fine for me but would have been considerably inconvenient for someone actually with physical disabilities. the door required physical strength to open, the toilet and the sink were so close together that someone in a wheelchair would have not been able to transfer across without bashing into the sink. yet there was lots of space further along the wall to locate the sink. shower controls too high and inaccessible to anyone sitting. Kettle tucked away on a shelf with limited space to lift out safely, let alone reach (shoulder height for someone in a wheelchair or with limited arm strength. a better idea would be a ‘pod’ machine on a regular height table where the cup can be positioned easily under the spout with no need to lift/fill a boiling kettle. My sister is disabled and i look at rooms like this more closely than most. The point of accessible rooms is to retain the independence of the guest which they are used to having, not to make them dependent on others/strangers to do the simplest of tasks like making a drink or opening the door to the room that they’ve paid money to stay in. Hope this helps inform your designers as to simple enabling changes that could be made to all rooms especially those considered accessible’.

Our room was next door to a staff room which was rather noisy. I tried to nap in the afternoon as I had a function that evening but it was impossible. The staff were right outside our room chatting Only one bath towel and one hand towel for both of us, so I had to ask for more.
