Really great location, we were attending a event on the resort arena, it's two stops down the train from Lea hall. And also two stops down the line to the main station. The apartment is comfortable to come back to after a long day and relax and the area is very quiet/family based. Rentee was polite and friendly which is always a big plus especially given we were 6 friends travelling from all over the world to come to the event.

The bathroom light (some kind of sensor but we couldn't figure it out). Besides that everything was wonderful!

Excellent location, ideal for visiting Exeter Centre, Powderham Castle, Dawlish, Exmouth, or onward car journeys - N.S.E or W. Comfortable bed and surroundings. Staff were always friendly. The free car parking offered when we arrived was a bonus. Thank you.

Breakfast a little limited on choice of hot - never varied day to day in over a week. Perhaps grilled tomatoes and mushrooms might be offered additionally? Very limited evening meal menu, ok if you like fast food. Expensive restaurant next door. No marked walkways for pedestrians in the car park. Hotel used by many contractors' vans during the week with no designated provision for their larger vehicles in the car park, Mon-Thurs.

Location was perfect, and accomdation was clean, tidy. Although there is no breakfast with a location like this you can walk out of the accomdation and there is plenty of options to choose.

Would have loved a kettle in the room to make a tea, but was good value for money and only stayed one night. So tea wasn't a great issue I just like one first thing, but for the price of the room it was great. We would definitely stay again.

I booked a suite with an extra room, however it was a very, very small side space and I ended up leaving the property a day early due to the strong smell that they pump from devices. It made my sinuses explode.

Two single beds pushed together is NOT a double bed. I am tall and lie diagonally across a double bed, but not if there is a big ridge there where two mattresses meet! Bathroom had mould because there was no ventilation and the window didn't open.
