The hotel is a house with several large rooms. It is very modern and very pleasantly and tastefully decorated. The hallway is exceptional. The bathroom facilities are first class. I found it quiet and enjoyed my brief stay. The owners have clearly given thought and care in the accommodation and it is somewhere I would certainly consider staying again.

The television didn’t work very well. I could get Netflix but not normal TV channels. In the end I gave up. It would have been helpful to have been requested for ID information prior to the day. The main thing that I didn’t like was the location. A long tube ride into central London. Leyton isn’t the most pleasant location. The roads were strewn with rubbish and dirty and there isn’t much in the way of restaurants or things to do in the area unless you go into Stratford. I also didn’t feel safe walking around at night. None of this reflects on the hotel of course.

An extremely warm welcome from Jenna on reception. We stayed in Superior Double which had a lovely garden view and huge bed which was super comfy. Excellent walking distance location for both BIC and the town centre. Parking plentiful. Gorgeous decor throughout. We bought the full English breakfast, really well cooked and plentiful.

A shame the hotel bar closes around 9pm. It would have been nice to have a drink after the concert. The hotel is missing an opportunity here!

Beautiful views that start and end the day perfectly. We were so lucky to have amazing sunny weather and drinking coffee, looking at the harbour to start the day was heavenly. With an easy walk into town, and further afield, the location is excellent.

The breakfast was exceptional, with a range to cater to all tastes.Special mention for the bacon and sausages. It was really quiet after dark which surprised us as it was so vibrant during the day.Room was clean and large.

The bed was too firm and we didn't sleep well

good value for money if you are looking for a place to sleep only. tube stations are 10mins via bus/20-30 mins by walking, you can reach the City in 40-60 mins

the beds are really uncomfortable, the mattress is too soft and provides no support

Zero, i get it, is a 3 star hotel, but the state of the room, never seen anything more old and gross and stained.

We were travelling to Scotland and this property was close to the M6 and a handy overnight stop.

We paid for a Superior King Room which was supposed to include a fridge, which was not included. The room we were given did not look like the picture.
