  Great property, well located in the walled city of Derry and very competatively priced. There was free parking outside the property and the location was quiet, with a short walk into the main city centre. The property was very clean and well maintained.

  The property has obviously been re-conditioned to maximise number of bedrooms - which is absolutely perfect for a long weekend - which was the purpose of our stay, however the upstairs bathroom is a little tight to navigate round. This really is a minor issue though

  On first artival, the room had a musty odur & was quite small with no air condtioning & the bed seemed to lean to one side on the right, so had to be very careful when climbing into bed.

  Not having air condtioning in 3..& no window in shower room/toilet & the view wasn't a seaview as requested.

  No BBQ facilities unless you bring your own portable BBQ - really disappointing. Small fridge for 4 people One of the one flats with no balcony furniture so cannot enjoy the balcony.
