We requested the same room as before and that request was fulfilled. The lad on the front desk who checked us in was lovely and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food.

Location however there were road works and it took me 20 mins driving round and round try to get to get to it, it would have been nice for the hotel to have informed me

The toilet in the room did not flush properly, the staff came out once but the problem continued through the night and morning, had to take off the lid of the cistern and sort it myself! Also the phone in the room was disgusting

The members of staff are great, Facilities, Location, Breakfast really work for me. I’m a Surfer so it’s the perfect place and for the whole family too. ❤️

Worst bed we’ve slept on so far in the trip uncomfortable low. When we walked across the floor it was extremely noisy, and worked the other partner up. We were supposed to get free Internet but we had no phone or Internet whatsoever because of the location we will put in, {Way out the back}

this is a house (more than one house) with security code pin entry into the house and into the rooms there are a lot of extra stuff to fill in (including ID watch out for identity theft if they lose that) an extra charges that they make you pay to get in, read the fine print carefully. the service was terrible, once you have paid for your room they do the bare minimum, if there is fault in there system it is your problem not theirs and it will delay you getting into your room. half of the stuff in the room did not work (TV etc) no wifi their communication was terrible all the good reviews are plants or they were very lucky.
