  Location was good to walk to most things we were interested in the area. Cleaniness of apartment. Refurbishment of apartment was good given small space. Front loader washing machine was excellent.

  Change in check in process. Was expecting to meet someone for key handover and last minute this changed to key codes being provided. Consistent approach would be appreciated so we are clear on information. Standard email communication to my request to confirm meeting time then a change to pass code was not great. Lack of towel rails and place to hang clothes in the bathroom. Lack of a clothes drying rack.
