brilliant - loved it. everything you need. lovely blond lady at breakfast, cannot remember her name, she was English and had a Bob type haircut (age 40-50 at a guess)- really friendly and helpful. all the bar staff were great and the reception staff too. a 24 hour bar was great as we didn't land until 1am. parking great. room super comfortable. everything spot on.

Heather was a fabulous host and very welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable and cosy. I loved that she had provided two chairs and little folding tables, so we each had our own space. The breakfast supplies were fresh and plentiful. Parking was easy. Highly recommend.

Comfortable apartment. Very quiet. Adequate provisions if you want to prepare your own meals. Location very good. Close to Liverpool Cathedral, a visit is highly recommended. Not too far to Lime Street Station and city centre. Liz very helpful in our query about the heating.

Couldn't figure out how to turn the heating on, but that was soon rectified.

Basic room, but comfortable and clean. The hotel is extremely well placed for the tramline into Edinburgh, and there was plenty of parking. Free coffee and tea available all the time in the lobby.

Only continental breakfast, no proper stuff like bacon and sausages. The continental offered quite a good choice though. It was fine for us, but there is little privacy for anyone using the shower. There's a somewhat frosted door that opens straight into the room.

The communal spaces were excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The towels and bed linen high quality.

The room sizes were totally inadequate...no space between the end of the beds and the wall. Also wall fixtures intruded on that already inadequate space.

the location is in the town centre local to all the shops, pubs and restaurants reasonable value for money

the location of the room was like going into a rabbit warren up a flight of stairs across up another flight down a flight up another flight then across and up a step the down a step into the room One member of staff working the breakfast had a bad cough no condiments on tables ie salt and pepper (had to ask) ran out of HP sauce only had tomato, mayo and salad cream!!! who has mayo or salad cream with a full English breakfast!???! the managers cat sitting at people's dinning tables and not being usherd out price of a pint is almost London prices cheaper other places nearby limited parking
