The owners were very polite and friendly we all felt at ease. They couldn’t do enough for us. They offered us their parking space but we had already found one. There are spaces on the property. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and there was plenty to choose from. Maddy was especially kind and patient to our 11 year old grandsons and myself as we struggle with food. The hotel was peaceful clean and was situated near the bus stop on the seafront. There is a shop nearby.

There is no breakfast but there are a range of snacks. I knew this on booking. I was surprised at how beautiful the room was (I stayed in the family room).

Rules rules rules didnt feel like a guest more an honour ,wall paper peeling away ,mould on the walls covered by curtains ,thin mattress ,shower not hot but luke warm,asked for a vat invoice twice still nothing and still waiting for my deposit return ,wont be calling back anytime soon

Firstly they put me and my family at either ends of the property even though we requested to be close to each other so we asked to be moved and we were put in a disabled room, the facilities were tattered, dirty and got bitten, breakfast was very disappointing (the mushrooms still had dirt on them) all in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Way too expensive for what you get!
