Lovely accommodation, very peaceful but still close to Lisburn to everything that you may need. Huw was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond that extra mile to make our stay a pleasure. Would recommend to friends and family. Hot tub was heaven!

Room was very well furnished; bed was very comfortable. The hotel was silent at night which made it easy to go to sleep. Bathroom and shower were fantastic; water was gushing. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice. Dinner was nice too.

I didn't realise I had to book 24 hours in advance to have afternoon tea at the hotel, so I didn't book it. This was inconvenient as there was hardly anywhere else open in Welshpool on the sunday before May Bank Holiday to have tea.

Bed extremely comfortable. Shower hot. Scampi and chips Good. Breakfast for a large buffet in heated stainless Steel tureen wasn't too bad. View from terrace amazing.

Bathroom in Room 224 was old, shabby, with broken toilet seat, taps were dirty, door had paint missing and shower curtain holder was held up with wire, screw and silver duck tape. Light fitting had dead flies in it. View from room over tiled roof and expel air from kitchen not ideal when all.photos showed lovely rooms with views and swan towels on the beds. Breakfast coffee was very poor. From reading other reviews, lots of similar reviews that hotel is very tired and in need of some major tlc.

The location is great if you're traveling by train. The apartment has everything you need, good internet connection and was clean.

It is difficult to find the location because the building has no visible number. The mattress must be changed urgently.

Nothing …the staff are rude and unhelpful the parking is awkward and dingy the entrance to the apartments are grimy.

The biggest issue I have is that the cot they provided for my 1 year old baby was moldy. They couldn’t provide a replacement but told me to ‘cover the mold with a towel’. With mold being extremely dangerous and my son having asthma I was not prepared to put my 3 small children’s health at risk, so we were left with no alternative other than to drive the 200 miles back home as we couldn’t stay. They have refused us a refund even though we checked out within 2 hours of checking in. This ruined a lovely trip and through no fault of our own we had to leave they didn’t provide a safe space for my baby to sleep and I’m not putting their health at risk by sleeping with and in mold. It has been heavily highlighted in the news over the past few months and for them to try and downplay the danger of mold is disgusting especially as they are providing accommodation, a basic level of hygiene and cleanliness should not just be a priority for them but by law they need to provide this not suggesting putting a baby to sleep in a serious health hazard.

The bed. It was sunken and springy. I eventually slept bottom end and had a passable sleep. Don't feel there's an excuse for that, given the price of the room. Had no issue with the cost - was there for a wedding and I suspect you pay for the location, but a decent bed is a must.
