  Location was superb with transport facilities near by as well as the Westfield shopping centre. Right amongst the Olympic development which was a pleasant surprise. Not too busy around the hotel. Bar facilities & coffee shop were an added bonus; lovely hotel all round. Parking in Westfield with hotel discount - 5 minutes walk away

  Little bit stingy on the tea & coffee in our room & some staff were a little bit disinterested but this didn't spoil our stay & generally we were very happy.

  The bathroom was very dated and had mould.the shower handle was attached to the bath so no choice but to have a bath. There was no handle on the outside of the door making it difficult to close and lock
