  Very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. Great looking environment. Big glass cupboard on the landing with pick and mix sweets in it.

  Bit tatty with paintwork in the room. No Aircon. Asked for an iron and ironing board, it did not come. on leaving the room it had been put round the corner but they did not tell us it was there. Other than that it was a lovely place

  Lovely apartment , well appointed . Had everything that we needed .

  Parking !! Only downside to this place . No parking near apartment although we could off load luggage , advised to park in surrounding streets but very little parking available as nearly all permit holders only . ASDA nearby but £10 per night . From what I saw , parking is a massive issue in York generally 😞
