Oh my gosh...this place though 😍 Absolutely gorgeous flat right across the road from The o2 Apollo. SUPER clean, has everything your family home has and even has free secure gated parking. The communication was fantastic from check in to check out. I even wanted to stay for a other night but unfortunately they were already booked up, of course they were as this place is THE BEST. Thank you so much for everything & I cannot wait to return. Jules xxx

Receptionist was welcoming and informative. Room was spacious and well appointed. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Nicely positioned not far from main roads so easy to find and 20 mins walk into centre and promenade.

The location was perfect for my trip. The room and all of the amenities inside the room were great as well. I made use of the iron and ironing board which was prefect

The cost of the mini bar items. There is a tesco express very close to the hotel so the option to use it negates the need to overpay for mini bar items, which you have to agree are overpriced. If they were more competitively priced, then people may avail of them more often. It feels like the mini bar items are there as a means to make further profit instead of benefitting the convenience of the customer, like all the other items in the room are there to do, iron, TV, WiFi etc, don't incur extra charges. I appreciate it's maybe not logical to make them free, but you could definitely make them more competitive pricing wise

Great location, lovely comfy beds and bathrooms. Very well equipped for six adults with plenty of seating, had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again

The on street parking was difficult and busy, and we ended up having to park in neighbouring streets. Didn’t like paying a damage waiver on top of advertised price

The rooms were so hot. Small fans were provided but on hot days the window catches need to be able to be extended to allow air circulation. Had two nights of disturbed sleep because of this.
