The staff were friendly and helpful, good location with easy and safe parking. We had breakfast & dinner over our two day stay, which was very good. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere, it suited our needs just right, and good value for money. Thank you from happy customers.

Room was excellent. roomy, well appointed and contained everything needed for a short stay. Ideal location for what we required. Staff were polite and helpful and we would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family, in fact have already done so.

The pillows were much harder that we would have liked and there did not seem to be a choice. There were no cups in the room but that was resolved very quickly.

The breakfasts were excellent. The variety leaves no-one disappointed. The price at £15 was excellent value. The hotels proximity to the Beamish Museum Park is the best in the area.

The bed frame had ornamental corners which stuck outward and cracked shins! A couple of cushions placed at the corners solved the problem.

Was clean and cosy, had everything we needed for our stay. Also communication was brilliant throughout our stay. Location was great, walkable for everything we needed.
