Wonderful stay, right by the bay. We we're there to visit family who live by the docks which is close by 5 min drive. We had a suit which was suitable as we have a toddler who loves running around so there was enough space, room was clean, on 3rd floor at the front of the hotel so had view of our car parked in the car park. We had a few issues with he room card which was sorted after a third time goin to reception. The breakfast wasn't that great it was buffet style not much choice for us. We're a young couple so there was loads of places to eat close by and a bowling alley literally by the hotel. Lovely stay I would defo go back.

The Lodge was lovely, we particularly loved the play area infront of it, huge area for kids to run around in and things for all ages to play with (mine aged 2-14 were all happy playing). They LOVED collecting eggs for breakfast and feeding the animals in the evening. The shower was big and hot and beds were comfy.

Personally I like to meet a real person on arrival and know where to go should we need things. Was unsure on how to find the animals (didn't take too much working out) but felt a little like we could wander somewhere we shouldn't. Perhaps a little map at least of the layout of the site?

The location was perfect with a designated parking space. Easy instructions for arrival and WiFi etc Fab and clean, plus everything I needed for working away for 3 days

The milk for cerial and coffee was kept in a communal area fridge with access for all four rooms. It was a little inconvenient.
