Second time staying at the Parkgate and so glad we returned. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by friendly and welcoming staff. We decided to upgrade to a suite upon arrival and this was a great decision! The suite was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with great facilities. Quality bedding, towels, toiletries and refreshments, everything has been thought of which made the stay just perfect. Breakfast was lovely, great choices and again the staff were friendly and helpful. A fabulous hotel.

Deborah and Murray are both lovely and welcoming the Willows Apartment was brilliant from start to finish , the welcome pack was amazing the apartment was immaculate and well equipped parking on site was excellent. We found it so peaceful and having Pitlochry on the door step is so nice it's an amazing Town with plenty to do we would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return again . Thank you Murray and Deborah for an amazing stay.

We were welcomed by our very friendly hosts and shown around our stunning suite in this beautiful guest house right on the seafront. They couldn't have been more welcoming. Some lovely sweet treats had been left for us after our long day travelling and exploring the surrounding wonderful Welsh countryside and attractions.

The room was excellent and the service was friendly. The menu was good and could be varied if required. This hotel has probably got one of the best views on the Yorkshire coast. Our Wedding Anniversary was during our stay and a the reception staff helped me with a floral surprise for my wife.

This hotel is perfectly located just opposite the beach. Our room had a lovely view of the sea and was well sound-proofed so we had good night's sleep. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

The absence of a lift to the first floor, stairs only - although there was plenty of assistance to carry our cases up and down.

Workman staying at the property was very helpful without his help and kindness it would have been a terrible experience, on a plus side the bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable.

The ceiling in the lounge area was leaking making a wet patch on the carpet, had I known it was up seven flights of stairs I would never have booked it, the apartment was located in the attic and felt somewhat cramped with the sloping ceiling.

We cycled and were able to lock our bikes in a secure place. The twin room was spacious and immaculate. The staff were all really helpful and friendly.

The second bedroom is not as the pictures, a little uncomfortable with sticky floor, lack of fresh air, so in a hot day, I guess it would be boiling inside.
