The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

I have a small baby who loves crawling around so I generally do a sweep of the floor to double check that it’s clean. This hotel was immaculate, not even a speck of dust in the corners. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, very attentive. And you can’t go wrong with such an awesome location. Having this size of a room in central London with modern furnishings is great!

Would love more value for money and discounts for recurrent guests

Loved the hot tub and the view from the conservatory! The kitchen was very well equipped, had an air frier, two sinks, two ovens and a microwave. Excellent for us as we love to cook.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs, offering both space to spread out and coziness when the evenings drew in. Highly recommend and hope we can return in the future.

Only the rain! Cozy Georgian Flat offered welcome refuge when we returned after days of roaming in and around Edinburgh.

Bed was not comfortable after sleeping as we both had achey backs in the morning Toilet seat was unstable Light switch kept turning off and the fuse box kept making strange clicking noises in the night. Room wasn't sound proof as we could hear a man out on the street word for word. Room was fairly warm even after turning heater off

The location was peaceful & quiet. Lovely historical building.

Only informed once we had booked that the bar was not licensed & that the restaurant was only open on a Saturday evening - we were only staying 1 night on a Thursday! Breakfast was only continental & poor. We had to find the only staff member on duty to request tea & coffee. Only cornflakes or rice crispies, sweet sugary looking yoghurt & processed looking paper thin cold meats that looked unappealing. No fruit juice & we had to again seek out the staff member & ask for toast, that when arrived had to be returned and toasted again as it had hardly seen the inside of the toaster. Lovely old building but in need of TLC & customer focused staff.
