Our room was lovely- bed was very comfortable and the menu in room enticed us to head downstairs for dinner. The food was phenomenal, and we loved the bonus touch of it being a pet-friendly pub (a rarity in Canada) and being able to see locals and their lovely dogs. Unfortunately we missed out on breakfast both mornings due to adjusting to time change (our fault not the hotel's, the window of time was generous, we just woke up closer to lunch), but I trust it was delicious.

Excellent location and great flats. They had all the amenities you would need and were great spaces! Booked 3 flats for a group of 15 for a night in Leeds and it was perfect, just what we needed. Also great helpline, one of the codes we were given to the flats didn’t work. Rang the 24/7 helpline for the flat and they answered straight away and were very helpful.

Some things were broken on arrival (broken blinds and chairs) but did not affect our stay.

Friendly, clean and comfortable. The Den was exactly what we needed after a hard day walking the South West Coast Path from Woolacombe in the pouring rain! As it was getting late and we were tired, the host even offered to give us a lift back into town to our restaurant (we did decline as didn't want to put the host out).

Everything. Everything was just fantastic. The apartment was so spacious and so so clean. Little extras such as homemade biscuits and milk were left in the room as well as washing up liquid etc. The staff were lovely, cannot fault our stay at all. Very good location

Great location, rooms lovely and clean, bed so comfy and big. The welcome bag was a nice gesture, and the complimentary hot drinks. Liked that you could cast to the TV to watch Netflix etc. Having a late check out of midday is great. Would definitely stay again.

Our only niggle was that there was no hand towel in the bathroom so we had to use a bath towel.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel is tired but they're making a concerted effort to improve from what was a hotel with quite a bad name. The room was fine. Not fantastic. But fine. Perfectly acceptable for my needs if a little small

The shower in my room was badly laid out and poor at best. But again the manager was happy to accept feedback and it didn't affect me too much. Curtains need replaced in the room. Something that had a bit more blackout ability than the almost sheer ones I had which meant waking with the sun every morning.

Location, price and a very comfortable bed. There's a Bar also so was handy to get a couple of drinks before we left for to watch a gig in the Brickyard.

Could've been slightly cleaner in the shower as it had black mould on the silicone that seals the shower tray. Toilet seat wasn't the greatest.

Check in girl very good, overall staff friendly, bathroom feels a little grubby due to age but was clean, excellent location, great value and good breakfast.
