The picture doesn’t match with the real one. The room was extremely small, dirty, very poor service, everything was not functioning. All my money was of waste.

Very close to Paddington station which is a excellent train station to access any part of the city. Room was clean.

The room was extremely small, a hazard when trying to move around. The door to the room cannot open fully due to the being so close. The elevator and associated engine machine next to it was so loud that throughout the day /night it was making noises that sounded as if someone was trying to force entry into the room. Staff were dry and not very helpful with basic tourist requests/advice. Front Staff (who were the same 2 ladies each morning) barely even recognised their customers. I had to walk past the front desk to access the hallway to my room, in the span of 1 hr I walked past the front counter to my room and back 3 times and each time greeted with staff asking if I wanted to check-in thinking I was someone new. Communication was poor, upon checkin I was told the breakfast times and where it was being served, my first morning I went to the breakfast I was told it wasn’t included in my reservation (cannot confirm if that’s true or not) there was back and forth between front reception and the breakfast reception with whether I was entitled to breakfast or had to pay, when saying I would pay there was confusion as to where I paid.

We didn’t know Kensington area. The hotel surprised us. Great location with Tesco, Metro and restaurants close.

Quiet with secure parking.

Complex access needing an App. Some odours lurking from drain traps and some instructions would have been useful for the ventilation system, larger text for WiFi code etc. A deep clean of the artificial plants etc would be a good move to remove dust.
