We were in Glasgow to see a concert at the hydro. Excellent location. Was also close to some nice bars and restaurants. We had booked 2 rooms. My room was a triple room with 3 single beds. Lots of space, so it was great for a group of us to stay in. The other was also a triple room, which had a double and single bed. Again, lots of space. Would stay again.

The room we stayed in was quirky & beautiful. Comfy bed & an amazing copper bath perfect fit for two people. Great selection of breakfast food and staff were lovely. We even got homemade cookies for our room & a fab selection of tea/coffee for our room.

Location was close to city centre without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Room was a lot smaller than what we anticipated, although fully equipped there wasn’t much room to move about. We didn’t like the fact that there was a glass pane by the door and even though there was a blind it didn’t feel very private. No opening windows, and the air conditioning unit didn’t function properly. The self check in was a tad too complex. We arrived and an elderly couple were already there trying to gain access and had been struggling for a while to enter their code into the external keypad. Ours worked fine, but they obviously had difficulties. To many security measures to get.

It was an extremely pleasant stay, and I would say good value for money. However, one thing that really let it down, was the bed in the room, it didn't seem to stay together, and my partner kept falling down the middle, so it did not make for a nice comfortable sleep, I'm afraid, and would be something that would put us of staying again. If this was looked into, we would be more than happy to stay again.

Unfortunately, during the night or even in the morning the room smelled liked gas. We reported to the reception and asked to changed the room because the gas was burning our throat and the eyes. They were unable because was fully booked. The area is so polluted and they should use filter to avoid the guests have been poisoned

We purchased a “VIP” extra, staff had little idea what benefits we were entitled to and on check out had to ask for the bill to be adjusted, as we were overcharged Also way too many messages prior to arrival

The host didn't message me with location/entry details until 10 minutes to midnight on the night of my arrival. I made other plans. When I spoke to the host afterwards, he agreed to tell Booking.com that the property was not used so I could be refunded but he didn't do this. He didn't reply to my chasing emails and wouldn't answer any further calls.
