The apartment is decorated very well and has everything you need. The best: there are some toys for the kids in the garden. Parking space included via the garden door and a supermarket right next to the house. Really comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. And they left some muffins in the kitchen that were delicious!! :)

Lovely bathroom facilities, nice clean, comfortable bed, and kettle with several beverage options was nice, I especially appreciated that oat milk was provided, as I have always had to go and ask for some from the bar at other hotels. Thank you for being inclusive of vegans and lactose intolerant guests.

Floor was a little bit dirty, not terrible, but is something I'm used to with hotels. An odd stray hair about, something I'm used to as well. No big deal.

Great location. Ideal for large groups. Very clean,comfortable and well equipped. Excellent communication with hosts. Prompt replies to any queries. Would certainly go back. Highly recommended.

Spacious for a London studio for the weekend. Easy check in and out process.

The bed was uncomfortable- springs were broken which made the bed dented. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly.

There was no plug in the sink. It took three attempts by staff to get it sorted. We had to move the bed(s) as it was impossible to get out of one side without clattering into a radiator. We were told that the key we were given would open our bedroom door and the main door into the building. This was not the case. After returning just after 11pm we could not get into the building because the key did not fit. The inn was closed with no lights on. We rang the bell several times but there was no response or no obvious phone number to ring. We were locked out. Luckily, a staff member outside the building spotted us and came to help but realised the key did not work and got someone from the next pub, the Crown, who came with a key that fitted. We were told we would get a key to gain access the next day but that did not happen. Matters were not helped by a private rave party taking place in the Market Hall right opposite our room. The house music continued until 1pm so we had no chance of getting to sleep. After the rave finished a couple having sex in the single neighbouring room could be clearly heard as there was an adjoining door between our rooms Later, another person arrived in their room and we could hear a lot of swearing before they went downstairs to the bar. This would have been about 3am. We complained next morning about the dreadful night we had endured. We appreciate that the Board could not control the loud music opposite but there was no one around to help deal with problems within the inn - not even a phone number to alert anyone to problems. In the morning a member of staff (we were told was the assistant manager) said they could not control who came into the rooms. The door between the bar and the accommodation did not lock. Continental breakfast!!! It was next door at Cocketts Hotel. It was poor. Frozen fruit and bread, only two pastries on offer, curled up cheese. Not restocked with fresh produce. We were booked in for 2 nights but left after 1.

Walls are really thin - could hear the couple next to me having fun ALL NIGHT…!
