Quirky, quaint and beautiful. Comfy bed and lovely to be greeted with the tinkling of piano playing as we came down for breakfast. Really lovely host who left a birthday gift for my partner. The property is stunning, and full of character, room was immaculate and charming.

As it's a tourist hotspot, we were disturbed in the night by very loud people leaving the pub up the road, shouting and singing. Not sure if that's a regular occurrence but with being aware of if you are wanting somewhere with guaranteed quiet.

Comfortable beds, fluffy towels. Bar entertainment. Lovely staff. Breakfast okay. Theres a Starbucks which is handy. Nice half hour walj to small beach with beautiful scenery. Bus outside takes you to city centre 10mins.

Swimming lessons 9/12 & 5/7 @ weekends.. so not very fair for paying guests.. unless your wiling to get to pool for 8am on hols

As pointed out to Liz, no spoons, no plug in basin, but main complaint was shower was too hot to stand under and I couldn't adjust it for whatever reason.

The pool had a musty mould in the drain and the jacuzzi smelled like it had never been cleaned. Steam room not working.

The staff was very rude I never got my keys nor first nor last and heavily pregnant was made to walk the streets off London early hours to try find somewhere to stay before my surgery early hours off the morning.
