We had travelled a really long way and the staff on arrival were welcoming and friendly. They had the room ready and a table for dinner, which is just what we needed. Great offer on Wednesday steak night. I won't give it away, you will have to visit to find out but well worth it. Breakfast was great and again, such friendly warm, staff.

The position of the caravan was perfect, nice and quiet, spotlessly clean, lovely furniture comfortable seats in both livingroom and dining table, spacious, lots of utensils in the kitchen, nice big tv, good sound,nice big fridge ,cracking shower, very powerful, nice veranda to sit outside.

Unfortunately only two flat pillows on the double bed, no spare ones ,not very good mattress so unfortunately we didn't sleep very well,my dad did, though he did say single bed bit too small,fan in main bathroom didn't work,could have done with proper shower on the wall and shower curtain in the en suite bathroom with the bath. I was disappointed that i had to buy black bags and toilet paper as only left one black bag and one toilet roll in each bathroom. I Looked for more but couldn't find anymore,.. Mrs Sneddon .

Good location if you, like we were, are going to an event at The London Stadium in Stratford. Tube Station (Plaistow) just across the road. Apartment is of a good standard with high-end fixtures.

First of all we had to pick up the apartment keys from a hairdressers shop 🤔🤷♂️ Then, on checking-out had to return the keys to the same shop which, given we needed to leave early in the morning to catch a returning train, wasn’t open at the time of our departure. Ended-up leaving them at a newsagents next door who apparently knew the host. Check-in and out organisation could be much, much better. After first arriving, host wasn’t expecting us until two days later consequently the beds weren’t made; there was used plates in the kitchen and wine glasses etc. Door to balcony was broken too thus that area was out of bounds. This was disappointing as we booked the apartment hoping to use this area. Host apologised for everything and explained (he wasn’t expecting us until two days later). Nice, understanding and welcoming chap to be fair 👍 He promptly cleaned the apartment. Mistakes happen. All said and done I would recommend this place and return in future.

The walls in the rooms were a bit thin, someone else sleeping next door wasn't very considerate and was playing music until fairly late, making it harder to sleep. Also I'm fairly certain my shower door hinge was broken too.
