The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location was spot on it was only a short walk to the shops and sea front. Good communication from the owner who was helpful. It was a little worn out in places but the Beds were comfy and the house was clean. The garden is a great size shame we didn't have the weather to be able to sit out and enjoy it but it was fully secure and great for the dogs. We are booked to return.

Fabulous little place, so clean and welcoming. The owners have thought of everything. Great information leaflet about things to do, places to eat etc. Highly recommend staying here. Great location too, only an uber ride into Leeds centre,at very reasonable prices. Fabulous pub just down the road too, the thornhill, a must if you stay here.

There's nothing to dislike. Honestly it's a fabulous little place.

The van was both beautifully located on a really friendly site. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and good outside sized balcony for both us and our labrador.

Some of the windows were a bit draughty and the decking could do with some attention. Also couldnt find any pegs to use the outdoor clothes area.

Ideal, more like hotel service than a pub. Staff were.very friendly, helpful. The accommodation was excellent, ideal location for city centre and amenities.

Loved the privacy of the location and the Hot Tub was amazing. The property was clean and had everything needed for a short stay.

The property was fine, but the road to it felt "a little hairy". Steep and narrow roads, but it wouldn't stop me from going again.

The location was super-convenient for that stage in our trip. The staff were friendly, the wifi worked. And it was cheap!

We were lucky we did not have to share the bathroom; the only toilet is in the bathroom, so could have been fun in the morning... The bathroom has suffered from under-maintenance and is not as clean as it should be. The cups in the room had not been cleaned properly, the kettle was also grubby. I would not recommend the twin room in winter, or if you are a light sleeper: it is on a fairly busy road, and the sash windows are single-glazed. I was woken up at 5:30 by someone watching telly, so noise insulation between rooms is not great either.

Great place. The location was good for us, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good.

Our roon only had sky light windows, which didn't have blinds, and we're dirty. They were left open, and it was raining heavily left for much longer, and the beds that are situated directly underneath would have got wet. The food was good other than our apple crumble was cold when should have been warm.

Leaking towel rail in bathroom. Very poor heat and water pressure in top room bathroom. A lot of stairs for elderly people with luggage

While food was advertised as being available the leaflets didn’t mention that food was only available on certain days.
