I was meant to be in this hotel. The manager phoned me when i was travelling on my way down to tell me that there was an issue with my room saying it had been damaged

I was meant to be in this hotel. The manager phoned me when i was travelling on my way down to tell me that there was an issue with my room saying it had been damaged and he was moving me on to another of his hotels, The Adonis which was horrendous. It was dirty, there was no place to hang our clothes. The bedsheets were stained with like dried blood, phoned the manager he told me he would change them the next day. His attitude was absolutely disgusting.

The location was splendid. Lovely view from the hut and the village location was very pretty with the pond in the middle of the village.

Only issue was the distance from the accommodation hut to the bathroom facility hut. The age of my husband and myself we tend to need the bathroom during the night so it was a little inconvenient, but understand the reason why the 2 huts are apart.

Cushions on the suite were useless. I had to sit on a pillow.you. need to update the seating. Lack of a toilet in the en suite.there were no photographs of the bathrooms.

Wasn’t aware it was being renovated so had all scaffolding up at front. It wasn’t clean at all, loads cobwebs dangling from the ceiling, just wasn’t clean. Didn’t look anything like the pictures shown on booking.com!! Needs a massive upgrade doing, painting and cleaning deep clean!
