The accommodation is nestled in a village setting and part of a pub. The rooms themselves stay undisturbed. One can park in front of the rooms within the premises. The rooms are really good, comfy and value for money. All facilities as promised including the kettle, tea-coffee supplies, even a small fridge, TV and a spacious bathroom. All in all couldn't have asked for more and definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and professional and the room was adequate although rather small. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent and I highly recommend eating there during your stay. Good location for seeing around North Norfolk.

The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. For the money, I expected more. It was also very noisy being right over the bar and at the top of the open stairwell to the restaurant. A very rowdy party kept us awake on the first night but finished before midnight so not too bad. Parking was also a bit of an issue, not enough and quite small. Also right on a busy road.

The check-in was very easy and fast. The room was neat, tidy and cosy. Even though the bathroom was shared it was clean and one had enough space. There was a kitchen but we didn’t use it. We would book again if we were in the area.

The garden was immaculately kept with loads of wildlife, and the view down into the valley was stunning. Comfy superking bed. It was perfect for a quiet stay but also close to Keswick.

The apartment is a great size and beautifully clean. There is everything you could need and more. The secure parking & washer and dryer was a great bonus.

Nothing we didn't like, only suggestion we identified would be more storage space in bathroom or bedroom for Toiletries or clothes.

Location, cleanliness on arrival, lovely kitchen and dining area. Generous size main bathroom, good size bedrooms.

The beds and sofa really let this accommodation down big time. A little bit of money spent on a necessity in my opinion is greatly needed. If you are uncomfortable during your stay and sleep deprived because of it, it doesn’t matter how pretty the decor or facilities are, the holiday is ruined and would not encourage future bookings unfortunately.
