Everything was brilliant- the staff, the facilities, checking in, location - particularly the sky rooftop bar. The views of St Paul’s are spectacular. Extra special mention of the exceptionally helpful concierge team.

No milk for Tea. (Biscuits/snacks would be nice, but I wouldn’t score down for this) Freezer had old food in there The shower isn’t the strongest Roof is low in the bed area, which is tricky to climb up to - this should be made very clear in the details to the property The worst part of the stay is the light ingress in the morning is absolutely appalling. Black out blinds are absolutely required otherwise the room is exceptionally bright at sunrise, which was around 5:30am.

The room environment set by sinuses off. My nose was streaming throughout the night which I can only put down to the air filters. I therefore didn’t sleep very well.

The room next door had a massive screaming argument for hours hotel staff came twice then left them alone. After the 2nd visit they slammed the doors for 2 hours and no one came. It was the worst stay we've ever had. No apologies from staff.
