Great location (just off A66), opposite Bassenthwaite Lake. Very well kept with lovely outdoor area. Room was very comfortable with all the amenities you need with a lovely view of the meadow. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with a wide range of options available (order online the day before). Hosts Karen & Tim were lovely; not obtrusive but there is you needed anything. Great value for money and would highly recommend.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the station and very close to Angel area. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Davide provided us with all the necessary amenities and helpful tips for exploring the area. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient stay in London. Thank you!

The apartment is beautiful modern. Light and airy and welcoming really nice bed was spotless and was really comfy, fresh and clean The bath towels are soft and clean.

From traveling 3 hours from Cumbria to stay in Lincolnshire areas was given wrong key code on our booking email, took us both 20 mins after calling repeatedly told it was different (cleaners changed it) got given the correct code by text bluntly with no apology. We wasn't even told we was given a permit to park that was with the information on the table so we was already nervous about having a parking ticket (this information should of been told to us when booking) After going into the apartment there is no tea or coffee nothing.. U get nothing apart from 2 sweets and some shower gels would of been nice to be able to make your self a coffee or tea even if was only enough for one drink each would of been nice.. Half a role of toilet was given as well for 2 people.. It's my own personal opinion but u pay less for traveloge and get a coffee so should expect the same from an apartment that costs you alot more for 2 nights As well as the information on the table said free WiFi for the stay.. well that was unfortunately as well completely different to what was written down on the information I texted her Sunday to ask for the correct information and didn't get a reply untill Monday when already checked out. The communication between the cleaners and herself is ridiculous.

The location and the nature in the region were really good. Also a lot of space on the property so we could sit outside in the sun. The furnishings were modern.

When we arrived, we had to spend an hour disinfecting the refrigerator because of mold. There were also moldy spots in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Several electrical devices (two heaters, extractor hood) were broken. The furnishings in the bedrooms were a bit sparse (no closets).

Location is really close to the historic area of the city. The room we ended up having was good size and with good amenities.

We never actually stayed in Brentwood house. When we arrived at Brentwood house, we saw that it was a literal construction site. The woman said that our room wasn't affected but everything right next to the room was being renovated - the floors were covered with dusting sheets, you could hear drilling, carpets being pulled out, dust everywhere. There was no way we would be staying there. It was literally outside our door. We initially wanted to get our money back and go elsewhere when the woman who runs Brentwood house and also the guesthouse next door offered us a room next door. So we stayed there. Also, the parking outside the guest house is only for the time of check-in until check out. If you arrive early, you can't park, and after 10am (check out time) you also cannot park there.
