The staff was so friendly and accommodating. There was nothing to much to ask for, the manger Dee if remember correctly was so help full with info on what to do in and around the area and also best ways to travel. She definitely needs recognition. The quality in teas, coffee, water, shower gel, shampoo even bear that was provided in the room was beautiful. It was like staying at a high brand hotel like the hilton or radisson.

We've stayed here many times. Love the size of the rooms and the hearty breakfasts with lots of choice. The fab staff, some of whom have been there more than a few years. All the managers, reception, bar, dining room and chamber maid staff we have met have been good. The garden, so nice to have so much greenery around. A short bus or taxi ride to the tube if you want to go into town.

No fridges or thermostats in rooms. This is a listed building and I know this has made some more "usual" installations difficult.

Lovely fresh apartment with all amenities that’s needed for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment felt clean and secure. I would definitely be booking this apartment again and would be recommending to family and friends who are visiting the area. Location was brilliant to get to ABBA arena and Westfields shopping centre.

Beautiful building, in a quiet rural location, but within easy reach of the hospital. Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Food was beautifully cooked, delicious & swell presented.

Room very comfortable, staff lovely. Only downside was fire alarm on last night breaking sleep. But these things happen.

The complex was close to everything and easy to locate.

The 11 day stay we had only one set of bed linen. The linen is worn and needs replacing. The utensils needs a bit more to the mix a deeper pot for protein cooking and matching covers to pots.
