The apartment was in a perfect location.Very quiet which was brilliant in the evenings but close to all the local attractions. The accommodation was very well equipped with everything we needed and so well presented. The only very small detail we feel would be a consideration is to provide another sofa for the lounge area.We were only a party of 3.If we had been anymore there would not have been enough comfortable seating to relax in.

Room was just the right size, bed was so comfortable and showers were amazing. Breakfast was great. Really liked how the car park at the bus station is partnered to give patrons a cheaper option. The government clearly don't want any motorists parking in the city and this is a great incentive for patrons to re-visit with the knowledge their car is safe and secure.

The price was rather expensive and I would not normally pay this price. I'd definitely go more often if the price was more affordable. In todays climate, where money is tight for many, it would be better if things were a little less pricey and people would actually go out more.

The staff were friendly and always helpful and the room was great and I even got a nice little gift in my room. It was also great to have access to the facilities like the swimming pool. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Great place to stay whilst away for work, they were super helpful and responsive to my messages. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and they left a nice welcome gift. The bed was very comfy! Overall a nice stay.

The only thing I found was that it did smell mouldy when I entered, but this did go away after the first night.

Great location good bus and train connections within walking distance. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities and wifi. Good toiletories in bathroom.

Radiator was on and although I turned it down it did not respond, so room was quite hot. Used fan in room and opened windows to help.

Host was really nice.. kitchen and garden area is spacious.. location is close to railway/ underground station which is a plus point.

Congested rooms and common bathrooms lock wasn’t working.. Unable to make contact with owner.. address was incomplete on the website.. do not provide new towels, once you get it then you have to use it until your last day of stay.

There is nog restaurant nearby, if you don’t have a car, you have to walk a few miles. Breakfast is self service and there is not much choice
