Excellent location especially if walking or using public transport. Bus stop outside door and central location for easy access to all major towns in Cornwall. Reasonably sized room with adequate storage and hanging space for clothes. Usual amenities such as TV, heated towel rail, fan and kettle. Only one comfortable chair but folding table which came in useful. Good size walk in shower plus plenty of flat surface and space for toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with cereal, toast and 'full English ' if you wanted it. Kim helped us by holding our luggage whilst out walking. We would have liked to stay longer.

Easy to find and parking available. Spacious, well equipped kitchen. Mostly very clean although the floor itself was a bit grubby the rest of the apartment was very clean. Plenty of nice towels. Nicely furnished and decorated Parking is easy to find right behind apartments and a little alley to get to n from apartment with your bags

The hot water situation was a nightmare fortunately we were only there one night but my son in law was keen to use the jacuzzi bath but couldn’t get enough hot water. Comments have been made on previous reviews about this but for one night stay you don’t have time to contact owner Beds were a bit uncomfortable and pillows very flat and not of good quality

Large spacious apartment with quick walking distance to local shops + Reading centre. Garden space.

Apartment good but felt a bit unfinished in a rush to open for bookings. Lack of basic kitchen utilities e.g no corkscrew, no tea / coffee no curtains / blinds in one bedroom or clothes hanging space. Could have benefited having some garden seating.

Dining area floor dirty needed hoovering. Screw holes in the wall in our room, light fitting with no bulb fitted and a piece of cut carpet in the bathroom as a bath mat. I
