Staff were very polite, professional and gave clear instructions. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. The grounds were fantastic, the views of the countryside superb , could take a walk in silence with no road or other noise. Would stay there again, but maybe ask for a bigger room.

The bedroom was a on the small side and room was very warm, couldn't understand why as the radiator was not on.

I was given an upgrade so had a lovely room with a four poster bed and comfortable window seat overlooking the square which had a bath and a separate shower.The staff were all very friendly and were able to provide a vegan breakfast for me.

Loved how comfy the bed was and acess to tv apps. I felt proper at home. Ease of use of cooker and cleanliness of fridge.

The curtains were poor allowing light into the room early morning and disturbing sleep. Could do well with installing black out curtains.

As I just opened the doors I found like a bunch of shoes straight to me and empty bottle of champagne, so it wasn't the best welcome. I needed to find my room as well

The place was a building site. No one to greet you on arrival and reception area was messy. The door to the room was like my home bedroom door and you could hear everyone's conversation on the other side. And every time someone enters the building

Toilet does not take away waste, this is unhealthy and unsafe. Tap tops very grubby in the bathroom Sink plug does not hold water in bathroom Shower tray 2xblack holes either side black and mouldy unhealthy Silicon seal mouldy and hanging out unhealthy Smallest shower I’ve ever seen no room to bend, riddiculous Chalet on entry smelt musty and stale this is unhealthy Duvet stank of damp musty staleness very unhealthy Frying pans old with baked on grime unusable and unhealthy Behind TV caked in dust and grime never been cleaned No room to sit at table it was too cramped up against the sofa Don't remember seeing that it was pay as you go electric meter, very disappointed. Door lock difficult to lock (loose) Garden untidy overgrown not welcoming There was a nightly ritual of watching neighbour in 217 let their dogs foul the grass close to chalet, it was however cleared up but unpleasant to view in front of the window.
