The location was fantastic as it was close to London Euston train station, which we came to London through, and also not a particularly long walk into the heart of London, Soho, China town...very convenient. The room was also very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children, with plenty of space that we didn't get in each other's way. The bathroom also had 2 showers which made it very convenient.

4min walk from the terminal, easy check in. Good buffet breakfast good coffee. Nice choice of comfortable bar and restaurant for evening meal. Just what was needed after long flight.

The decor is beautiful, the location is stunning, an ideal mini honeymoon spot. Sitting in the hottub watching the stars was amazing.

It’s a really small niggle, we only seemed to be able to get enough hot water for one shower at a time, then had to wait around an hour for more hot water.

Unfortunately this trip was very disappointing,we had booked a super king room , on arrival the room was very hot and stuffy and we tried to open the winfow but it was stuck .We called reception they sent somebody it was suggested we changed rooms. They offerd us an upgrade and although this was sea side with a lovely veiw , the room was much smaller , smaller bed , the shower was useless no power.We should of complained but we’d all ready moved once , although a stuck window wasn’t our fault ! There is now a coffee machine in the breakfast hall , so help your self which was fine but the coffee was warm and tasteless .Weve stayed a few times before and always look forward to returning, but unfortunately not this time .
