After a poor experience on a previous visit, I have to say the staff and whole experience was exceptional on this visit. I had two rooms booked, including an accessible room for my mother. Check in experience was very good with the young lady on reception, who also arranged breakfast for the family next morning and dealy with a few other requests we had. Breakfast was great, as was the service. It was a really pleasant experience including some evening snacks and afternoon drinks in the lounge area.

The location was really great. Although further away from the centre the area was quiet and pleasant - by the water. The accommodation was extremely safe and new. Well equipped, not everything could be used.

It could have been an excellent accommodation if the owner had taken a little more care. The curtains and floor were dirty. The crockery in the kitchen contained unwashed food scraps. There was a capsule coffee maker in the kitchen, but only for one capsule. The rest of the already used ones had not been removed in the container. The kitchen equipment was only average. The worst thing was that we apartment was declared for 4 people. Upon our arrival only one double bed with one mattress was prepared. (Extremely soft). Next to the bed on the bedside table were prints of makeup. The bed was not ready for the next person. When we called the owner, he urged us to make it up ourselves, even though he knew two people couldn't sleep on the sofa bed. We found an air mattress that didn't even last 3 hours. On top of that, the uncontrollable recuperator was blaring in the bedroom. This accommodation was definitely not worth the money.

They lack staff during breakfast. Breakfast was not running smooth on 6th May. Not sure if its that day only or everyday. But not happy with their breakfast served on that day.
