The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

It has a full Indian takeaway restaurant on site which is nice, and the staff are very accommodating. They met my requests and were particularly helpful. When our domino’s pizza never showed up after the restaurant on site was closed, I asked one of the staff if there was literally anything me and my girlfriend could eat, and he made us tikka masalas and pilau rice which saved the night. 10/10 for customer service and going the extra mile to help us.

This’s isn’t the hotels fault but because it’s in the Forest mobile phone reception can be a bit spotty. They do have Wi-Fi but regular calls and texts might not go through.

I have stayed at this hotel on several previous occasions and although a little quirky, it fits with my needs very well. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is clean and comfortable although a little old fashioned.

There was nothing in particular that I did not like, but noted that the menu in the evenings was the same as last time I stayed and a little limited in choice. However, the food served is reasonably priced and tasty.

The B&B is in a beautiful farm house, just on the outskirts of Warminster - you are able to walk directly from the property into the countryside. The hosts were both kind and friendly - the room was immaculate and the breakfast amazing.

Location. Just a short walk from King's Cross & Russell Square tube stations. Very quiet, traffic free spot. Staff, in the main, were friendly & helpful, especially when I needed my case broken into as the lock had jammed.

No lift access. Have mobility issues & was seriously dismayed at having to climb 3 floors up a narrow staircase to our room. Was able to change to a ground floor room next day. I had already requested room with a walk in shower so was surprised that we were allocated the 3rd floor room initially. Part of a hotel experience for me is enjoying social spaces ie bar or lounge. This was different as there were no social spaces in the building we were in. I was aware of this and it wasn't a problem as my friend & I were out all day but I did miss that aspect of a hotel stay. After a long day out the last thing we wanted was to have to walk to another building for a drink. We did take advantage of the Honesty Bar which is certainly a novel idea.
