Perhaps the most clean place i ever stayed in! And i travel quite often! I never met the owners but thank you so much for all! Everything was clean and comfortable. Snacks in the kitchen, milk, honey, tea, corn flakes etc etc. Inside warm and cozy and outside magic. You can see the town of Inverness from that lottle cute patio. So many helpfull tips around the house written in a file and so many flyers full of tours tou can make around scotland etc. Movies, games etc. To be honest i dint want to leave. Everything in there was perfect! Thank you so much!

The house was really well equipped, especially the kitchen absolutely everything you need was there. Beds were very comfortable. One of our Party had a slip in the shower and pulled a shelf off the wall. I immediately reported this to the owners and their first response was ‘is the person okay?’This was very much appreciated because it showed that they, were more concerned about the person than the actual shelf which was lovely. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

We could not fault the accommodation. It was spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. Nice little touches such as milk in the fridge which was welcomed as we forgot to get some en route. It felt like a home from home and really relaxed. Dundee Law only a 10 minute walk away. The address is nice. Of course, if you don't mind crossing Moscow and St. Petersburg street on your way to this establishment. The metro station is a few minutes walk from this place. That's about the only thing good about it. But moving on to my real story...

DON'T STAY AT THE J HYDE PARK HOTEL. It was supposed to be a wonderful last days of April. Oh boy, I couldn't be more wrong. I've booked this place on 4th April for 27-30th April. My horror started even before I arrived at the place, but hold on with me. After 5 hour journey, I stepped into the hotel. Then, the lady at the reception desk told me that "there was some maintenance issue with my room" and that I could not stay at this place. She gave me no other clear reason for what happened. But most importantly, she said that something happened the day before my arrival. I didn't receive any call, message, or email from the hotel the day before I arrived. The receptionist found me a different place, but it was WAY below what I'd booked, a place on the 4th floor with no elevator and high steps. Moreover, when I got there, the place was dirty it hadn't been cleaned before my arrival. Because of the"maintenance issue," I wasn't able to go to one of the galleries which I wanted to see. I didn't receive any additional/extra services from the hotel in this situation. The hotel chose to hide their head in the sand - they didn't reply to any of the Booking messages as well as my private email. On their site, you can read: "J Hyde Park Hotel is founded on a strong practice and is committed to maintaining excellent and efficient service." - What a shameful lie. I've booked many stays through Booking and a few in London in previous years, but it was the worst traveling experience in my life. TL, DR: There are thousands of places to stay in London. All of them are better than J Hyde Park Hotel.

Breakfast staff. Decor is a little tired. Room was way too hot. Bed wasn't too comfortable. I was charged 3 times for just two electronic items for WiFi access

No blackout curtains. Light comes into the bedrooms, which might be no issue if you are not easily awaken by the morning light. Lift at our block was out of service temporarily.
