The villa's location was also ideal, with easy access to charming nearby dining (5 minutes walking distance), as well as beautiful hiking trails for exploring the natural beauty of the region. walking from her Vila via Kościelisko and end up to dolina za bramką. vila is 30 min walking distance to centrum too. Overall, our stay at the villa was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a stunning setting. I can't wait to return! Money value.”

  It’s in a great location - close to the centre of Ambleside with great views from the very comfortable rooms but also with a lush and beautifully peaceful garden that offers a sense of peace and space even though you’re close to busy roads . And the staff are amazing ! So friendly and helpful . Great cooked breakfasts too

  The location on Harwich quay has wonderful views and the early Victorian building is handsome. The dinner in the evening was excellent. I had skate wing, cooked to perfection. Breakfast also excellent. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

  This is a stunning property in a beautiful and unique canal side location. The rooms are really nicely appointed and the under floor heating is amazing when it is cold weather like we had. The barges on the canal are a very unique view.

  The shower temperature was very low in both rooms. Compared to the wide number of places we visit the guest information is non existent. It is very rural and we had no idea where anything was. Given the rooms are so nice these two points are area’s that are very necessary.

  There were boxes containing furniture/ hotel equipment being unloaded outside my room window when I arrived. This meant I had to close my curtains to get any sense of privacy. The boxes were huge and were left heaped outside the window for well over an hour (nearer two). Very unaesthetic and potentially a fire hazard. It took two requests for them to be removed.
