Best vegetarian breakfast options I have seen anywhere, ever. Tofu hash, veggie sausages with no need to request one specially, shakshuka, etc. really good! Loved the decor Nice products in the shower etc Super helpful staff Great location

Awful pillows. Dreadful Couldn’t work out/turn off the fan/air con Table and stool in bedroom not great for working but ok for a very short time. I suppose if I were sharing the bed it would have been quite a caper for one of us to get in or out.

Terrific. Superb location with car parking on-site in the middle of Cheltenham. Beautifully converted Regency town house with extremely generously proportioned bedrooms. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfasts and evening meals.

Very clean, spacious & well equipped. Property is located in a very quiet area & to have an allocated parking is a bonus. Good communication with the host.

Friendly staff, spacious, warm, good facilities, some lovely character features, excellent bar, great breakfast selection, the swimming pool is awesome!

Warm, friendly greeting by staff however met with an unpleasant smell, that lingered the whole time - drainage perhaps? The decor is a real mismatch of dated, tired, standard furniture to some gorgeous features and fixtures! It feels like work in progress, needs further tlc and investment, choose a theme and run with it throughout, a more considered colour palette and consistent style. So much potential! The building is full of history and features that could be utilised to better effect. The pool is a real asset but needs some maintenance and repairs. Dinner was all a bit of shambles, very simple, dare I say cheap (although wasn’t a cheap bill!) basic almost canteen like! Not befitting of what could be a stunning, destination hotel restaurant. Unfortunately we joked that it was all a bit like being a part of Fawlty Towers! A huge shout out to the staff for their upbeat attitude and enthusiasm though!

Great location. Good value for groups/ a family.

The bedding though definitely clean felt a bit old and tired which wasn’t great. It wouldn’t be a big ask to have 100% cotton sheets etc, hotel style. it felt a bit like old polymix bed linen, not nice.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Shower was very poor and, despite speaking to reception staff, nothing was done about this. It might just be poor water pressure, but the pressure at our taps seemed okay. The whole hotel was a little dated and although it was clean, it certainly wasn't spotless.

Great location and staff were lovely

Very noisy room. We were located right above the car park so the shutter was going up and down all night. They offer pizza 24/7 however it is not very good.
