Our stay at Dalmahoy Hotel truly was exceptional. From check-in to checkout we were so well looked after. The on duty manager, Stephen Fraser, was so welcoming and beyond fantastic at his job. The whole hotel had a lovely atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy at their work. We had such a relaxing break, going for a walk on the nature trail to watch the wildlife from the bird hide, using the beautiful, clean, pool, sauna and steam room and in the evenings, dined well, ending our days in the comfortable cocktail bar. This hotel offers so much at a top standard. Miss staying here at your pearl. Highly recommended. Massive "thanks" to all the staff for such a magical stay. Can't wait for our next visit.

Brilliant location. The house is decorated to a very high standard. It has everything you need; fully fitted kitchen, 2 full sitting rooms with homely furniture. Beds really comfy. The gardens are maintained to a high standard. We've stayed in and around Minehead multiple times and this house is by far the nicest. Roll on our next stay here!

This is a very lovely, spacious apartment in a very convenient, quiet location near DLR and the Elizabeth Line. 15 minute walk to Excel. Local supermarkets and restaurants.

The apartment was superficially clean but needed a deep clean particularly windows, wall tiles and the oven. Also a note for anyone taking a car, the apartment is in the LEZ so it is £12.50 a day if you move the car but not if it stays parked. Parking is on the road but very quiet and big spaces, it is £20 for 24 hours, not bad for London, but is aggressively controlled, we got a £60 ticket 12 minutes after the 24 hours expired. We saw many cars with tickets issued. Parking is clearly not controlled by the apartment owners but this info may prove helpful.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was good, both evening meal and breakfast. NB menu online needs updating because prices have increased significantly.

Ground floor is bar and pool table areas. Building has no lift. I had single bedroom with shower room toilet , no shared facilities.
