This is a top floor apartment on a tree lined street near the city centre. It has full cooking facilities, a smart tv and very comfortable Queen/ king size bed. The bedroom and lounge room are carpeted making for a very comfortable apartment. There is a good little pub a three minute walk away and excellent coffee at Creama on the local high street, a five minute walk.

The hotel really felt like a home from home. Stayed in a studio loft room which was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding excellent quality and the bathroom products were divine. A very generous supply of towels. Lovely additional touches in the room to make it more comfortable. Wished I was staying for more than the one night. Great central location.

Ordered a Greek salad via room service. Description specifically mentioned Kalamata olives but what I received wee diced green cocktail olives. Also the quality and quantity of tea bags in the room is abysmal. Considering the price of the room different varieties of tea should be available - eg mint, fruit flavoured etc and a pod coffee machine would be much more appreciated than cheap instant coffee

Room was dark, unclean small and for £309 a night a total waste of money. No real customer service and the hotel is old and in need of severe renovations - overpriced understaffed nothing redeemable at all

Probably not their problem but the overflowing bins in the car park stank Parked car near them got out of car and the smell was horrendous.
