The house was lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Being able to leave the car on the driveway and walk into Betws-y-coed was really handy. I booked the property so I could tackle the Welsh 3000 mountains which are all within a 15 minute drive from the property, it was an excellent base for this.

Superb breakfast, great choices and quality cooked to personal request. Vanessa is a perfect host, welcoming, informative, friendly and extremely hard working. She could not have done more to make our stay perfect. Great location for Haworth attractions.

The location is incredibly central. The staff were friendly and helpful. The electronic doors worked very well for members of our group to come and go independently.

The location is incredibly noisy, but they were open about that online and provided ear plugs. There are some bars outside that played music very loudly until 4am Subday morning. It's OK if you know that's the deal when booking, but it does mean you won't get decent sleep until 4am.

Parking ,had to find the ncp ,good job you have sat nav . Once found ,walking to the hotel was easy,10 minutes away. Better to drop any cases of first.

No fridge in room. Unusable safe. It is on the floor. Need to lie down to read instructions. Distance of room from reception. Only 2 sachets of milk for tea and coffee. Buffet breakfast. Food had been left in serving dishes for a long time. Hard rubbery fried eggs. Dried up sausages and mushrooms. Crust on baked beans. Cold cheese slices curled up. Hotel is clean and modern but lacking in character. No atmosphere.
