Bedrooms a good size, comfortable and well equipped….especially liked the full length mirror! The staff were helpful, welcoming and accommodating throughout and parking was easy.

Location just off A1M. Clean ensuite room, small but comfortable and adequately furnished. Good, freshly cooked breakfast.

We paid £10 / night for our dog last year, £15 / night this year is too much. Paintwork inside and outside the rooms is shabby and needs attention.

Room was dark and sofa for kids wasn’t comfortable. Any of the windows could be open and you have to sit in ac all the time. No fresh air.

It’s not Yarm! So that was a surprise. We had planned to spend the night in Yarm and have dinner but had to get a taxi there and back. Had to take our shoes off outside to make sure we didn’t get any dirt on the carpet which was inconvenient. Could do with the entrance not being carpeted. Could hear everything from the rooms either side and any time somebody walked past it felt like it was right outside the door, which it pretty much was! Didn’t give any privacy.
