Loved the space of the flat, windows were amazing, position of flat was ideal for reaching town / beach. Loved the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom. Beds super comfortable. Nice tv, sofa, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc - really good selection of facilities.

Lack of information concerning no lift, 53 steps to get to the flat. Lack of information concerning having to strip beds / clean flat after use - surely costs should incorporate this. Lack of sleep due to people screaming / shouting in the street all night. Parking ticket issued due to lack of communication, I was told that this had been sorted but, we received another bill for £130.00. NOW BEING IGNORED BY HOST, TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. Feel really let down. I've never experienced anything like this before. Very disappointed as it was due to the lack of communication from the host.

The apartment was very clean. A great size with two bathrooms. We had one or two queries and the host was super responsive helping us out straight away. Very good location next to the train station. It was a much better choice than getting two rooms at a hotel.

The place was filthy, apart from the beds were made nothing else had been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn’t work. There was crumbs and food all over the sofa bed, no where had been hoovered, cobwebs everywhere. The telly was broke. There was still food plated up in the oven so the whole place absolutely stunk. People trying to get in through the front door all the time, then they were in and out slamming the front door all night.
